Manatee Genealogical Society Features Allison Singleton at 10 January Meeting

 This invitation was just received from the Manatee Genealogical Society:

"Dear regional genealogical society:

"Your society members are invited to attend the Manatee Genealogical
Society meeting and program on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, 10:00 am to
12:00 pm EST.  Our program speaker, Allison DePrey Singleton, will
present via Zoom "Effective Use of the Allen County Public Library
Genealogy Center".

"This program will provide detailed information on the use of the Allen
County (Indiana) Public Library Genealogy Center, the second largest
genealogical library in the United States. This center houses over
72,000 family histories, 1.2 million physical items and access to the
largest and best databases.  Allison will also explain what is available
through online access.

"Allison, MA, MLS, is the Genealogy Services Manager, providing
professional research consultations, and leading its family history
digital programs initiative.  She has presented at the last three
RootsTech Connect Conferences, the 2018 Indiana Genealogy Society
Conference and numerous other speaking engagements around the country.

"Members of the public are welcome to attend. Guests attending via Zoom
must register at least one day in advance by emailing: info@mgsfl.org/
Guests attending in person will meet at the Manatee Central Library,
which is located at 1301 Barcarrota Blvd West, Bradenton, Florida 34205.
  The Manatee Central Library Auditorium will open at 9:45 a.m. for
in-person attendees.  The Zoom meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. EST.
