On 18 April Karen Fortin gave an online presentation about
the passengers of the Mayflower. In case some of you wanted to hear Karen’s
topic but were not able to, we have made a video available at the Pinellas
Genealogy Society website. In addition, there is also a presentation handout
available.
Those two items are available to the public until 16 May,
and then access will be restricted to PGS members. Please be mindful that these
items are intended for personal use only.

Here is a short explanation of Karen’s topic:
Who Were the Passengers of the Mayflower? – We’ve all heard the story of the Mayflower and the founding of Plymouth Colony in 1620 but who were these intrepid souls, what did they believe, why did they come to New England, and who left descendants? This presentation explores these topics and provides information on resources available for learning more about the Pilgrims.
