Visitors will meet the widow of Alexander Hamilton's great-great-grandson and we'll also have a panel of four Hamilton history scholars. Admiral Farragut Academy will present the Color Guard when we open at 10am, followed by a talk by the Coast Guard Auxiliary about how Hamilton founded the USCG. Also, we'll have a presentation about the recent recovery of the Coast Guard Cutter Alexander Hamilton which was sunk in WWII.
Bring the kids for games, sing-alongs, and a talent show! The event is free and family-friendly.
