The NEHGS website, Americanancestors.org, has archived webinars that are available for free viewing. They cover all manner of topics from using the website to getting started in genealogy, to identifying Civil War ancestors...and more.
Each webinar appears as a thumbnail view of a screen. Click on the center of the thumbnail to start the video, and then click in the bottom right corner of the thumbnail to switch to a large screen on You Tube.
